The first quarter work summary meeting of Hongwang Group



The first quarter work summary meeting of Hongwang Group was held in Zhaoqing Hongwang on April 7, 2018. Mr. Gao Zhice, the vice president, hosted the meeting. The following senior management attended the meeting:

To begin with, the Chairman announced a new appointment: Mr. Ai Dong, as the President of Hongwang group, and the manager of purchase and sales department, will organize and manage various tasks of the group.The managers of each subsidiary reported their work review summary in the first quarter of 2018, and bring up the necessary issues which need to be coordinated between subsidiaries. Chairman Dai affirmed the performances that have been achieved. In particular, he recognized the overall performance of Zhaoqing Hongwang, and put forward the requirments for problems that need to be resolved and work that needs to be improved. 
 


At the same time, he emphasized that with the increasingly fierce market competition, the existing regional distribution advantages and processing advantages need to preserve steady. The management and service advantages will be taken as the new breakthroughs to push the management level to a higher standard. In terms of new projects, we need to accelerate the implementation of precision rolling mill and downstream deep processing project; further promote the construction of phase 3 project in Shandong Hongwang; and optimize the order management system as soon as possible. Under the premise of guaranteeing normal production, launch the upgrading of the unmanned intelligent production workshop soon. 

In the meeting, President Ai dong made an analysis and comment regarding the summary report presented by each manager. He pointed out that each subsidiary and manager shall implement the strategic deployment, clarify the work objectives and job responsibilities. He emphasized that the headquarter should play a role to actively coordinate and support the production, purchase and sales, technical, financial and administration departments of subsidiary companies. Overall, he proposed that it is important to: achieve efficient sharing of resources and information; continuously improve the efficiency of input and output; and promote excellent after-sales service to enhance product brand value.

Finally, Chairman Dai made a concluding speech. He require management to strengthen the learning and communication skills, to catch the sight of our own merits and to face our weaknesses with a clear realization, actively change the idea and concept, face new challenge and embrace the change. Management team should constantly keep a clear head and always have a sense of crisis that “not to advance is to go back”. In the fierce market competition, we should keep learning, analyzing and summarizing .Management should advocate the smiling management, care about employees to enhance team cohesion. It is meaningful to intergratethe ideal, values and demands of employees with the overall goal of the enterprise to create a harmonious, shared, trustable cultural atmosphere.

Quality product and excellent service are prerequisites for gaining the market competitive advantage. The company will strictly control every detail, each process, internally improve the quality inspection and quality control standards.  We need to always adhere to the idea of making customer service value become a competitive advantage for business development. The core task of purchase and sales department is to provide the service to our customer and production. The matching and adjustment of the raw materials and production plans are done well to ensure that the production plan goes in order.

The management of all levels must pay close attention to the condition of our staff, actively cultivate, explore and retain talents. We will strengthen corporate culture, formulate more competitive compensation standards and a more reasonable performance appraisal mechanism, so that employees can feel the company’s attention to their career development and allow them to share the results of enterprise development.

The Chairman stressed that the all of us must maintain the excellent tradition of hard work, keep learning and improving, and concentrate on doing the present job.The company will not drop any brothers or sisters in the process of development, but society and the competition of the industry will not stop, the competition of the industry will not wait for us, the company's development will not stop to wait for anyone. Chairman Dai called on all Hongwang people to promote the spirit of “winning through innovation, dare to struggle”, and conscientiously implement all the work and strive to draw the grand blueprint of Hongwang tomorrow.
