Hongwang Group Headquarters Building Project Officially Started
On the morning of March 3rd, 2022, Hongwang Group starts the commencement ceremony of the headquarters building project at the Wenhan Lake, Guicheng Street, Nanhai District, Foshan City.
Since the signing of the Hongwang Group Headquarters Building project in the first half of 2021, with the strong support of the Nanhai District Party Committee, the District Government and relevant departments, various planning, design and preparatory work have progressed smoothly.
The project covers an area of 14,907.99 square meters, with a total construction area of about 70,000 square meters and a planned total investment of more than 400 million yuan. With the design concept of nature, courtyard, and artistic life, the project is planned to be built into a comprehensive project dominated by business offices, compatible with retail business, catering, entertainment, and apartments, to create a lifestyle suitable for business offices and humanistic ecology.
After completion, it will become a natural ecological highland for the headquarters economy of the Sanlong Bay Nanhai Area of Foshan City. It is helping to build a new urban pattern of "integration of industries, cities, and people" and inject new vitality into the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
