NO.1 METALLURGICAL MICROSCOPE
Under the metallographic microscope, the internal structure of stainless steel can be magnified 100-1500 times. Through microscopic analysis, the microstructure size of the product can be studied. From macro to micro, Hongwang's high standard for product quality has never changed.
NO.2 SPECTROGRAPH
Hongwang spectrographic lab is equipped with the Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometers (ICP-AES), energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometers, and direct-reading spectrometers. Such instruments can quickly and accurately determine the qualitative and quantitative determination of the metal elements contained in stainless steel. With the help of these hardcore instruments, the quality inspection of Hongwang products are rigorous and efficient.
NO.3 TENSILE TESTING MACHINE
The tensile testing machine is used to test and analyze the mechanical properties of products such as tension, compression and bending. Only by withstanding the various rigorous tests of a tensile testing machine, products can pass Hongwang’s quality inspection test of and become real “MADE IN HONGWANG” product.
NO.4 SURFACE COATING THICKNESS GAUGE
It is used to measure the anti-fingerprint thickness of colored steel coating. Vacuum coating technology makes the film thinner. Quality inspection instrument makes quality inspection of colored steel more refined. For quality management, Hongwang always keeping in mind the thinking of “working for the best but preparing for the worst”.
NO.5 SPECTROPHOTOMETER
Hongwang strictly controls the quality of colored steel. It’s not just the color difference comparison of the quality inspectors’ eyes, but also rthe strong data.
The colorimeter records not only the color data of sheets,
but also the stable quality standard of Hongwang colored steel.
NO.6 STANDARD COLORED STEEL SHEETS SAMPLES
The QC is a walking color meter measuring instrument.
They can judge whether the product has color difference by comparing the standard colored steel samples. This is the basic skill of a Hongwang’s colored steel QC.
NO.7 SAND PAPER
In the surface quality inspection of cold-rolled stainless steel products, sandpaper is always a good helper to inspect defects. Using the sandpapers of different grits, any defects can be revealed. No matter how small spots or roller prints are, there is nothing to hide under the golden eyes of quality inspectors. It can also clearly define the degree of defects, so as to provide clients with clear and accurate level judgment.
NO.8 DIGITAL MICROMETER & TAPELINE
Digital micrometer is used to measure the thickness of coils. Tapeline is used to measure the width of coils. Quality inspectors are meticulous in product testing and strictly control product quality standards. For any problems found during quality inspection, the quality inspector needs to communicate with the production line in time, and the intercom becomes an indispensable tool.
