President Cuhui Dai affirmed the achievement which has been reached in the first quarter and expressed his gratitude to all levels of management team. Furthermore, he emphasized the most intensive tasks in the second quarter is to put into the production of phase 2 of Shandong Hongwang, all companies shall try their best to support. He proposed the subsequent requirement afterwards. Firstly, it is a must to put quality as the first priority during the erection phase in order to lay a fundamental condition for commissioning, production and operation in the future; Secondly, we need to establish the confidence to win, to assign the personnel arrangement properly, in particular, special attention should be paid regarding the safety issues during erection and commissioning phase.
The first quarter work summary meeting of Hongwang Group was held in Zhaoqing Hongwang on Apr 8th, 2017. Mr. Gao Zhice, the vice president, hosted the meeting.
The managers of each subsidiary present their 2017 first quarter work review summary and put forward the necessary issues which need to be coordinated between subsidiaries. Finally, the corresponding solutions were decided by the president while deploying the schedule for upcoming schedules.
The president emphasized once again on the importance of competent personnel. He explicitly pointed out the core resources above all company is talents. From one side, to devote on the greater effort of internal personnel discovery, to cultivate and promote their abilities; from another side, to recruit the industry elite who can acclimatize himself or herself to our company culture. The strategic for domestic distribution of production has been completed and oversea market is gradually expanded for the time being. Hongwang is going to lead the orientation for cold-rolling stainless steel market in China with the scale advantage and regional advantage. What we need to do now is consider how to manage and give full play to those advantages. For sure, difficulties is certainly there, and at any time; therefore, the group need our outstanding management team to conquer and to become the trouble-shooter, and it is also a good opportunity to reflect the value of ourselves.
The foundation and core value for Hongwang is to provide the good service to our customer. We adhere to the spirits of providing better quality, higher cost performance, and more timely service to meet customer's satisfactions. As President Cuhui Dai said that the planning, production and customer claims etc. are all integral parts for customer service, which need to be draw more attention and to be carried out.
The common requirement for all management is that we shall be good at deep thinking, and along with such good habit to observe at any time, to discover the problem and to solve it. All management shall show their responsibilities both for company and themselves, so that to evaluate and improve themselves as well. Hongwang will try to offer a better stage as long as you want to grow up, rewards always based on what you have been contributed.
We produce whatever product our customers need; We purchase whatever raw materials our production require for. The president emphasized that a good production planner can create values and none of us shall generate negative value. We shall move forward to increase the promotion of management team; Meanwhile to implement both promotion and demotion performance evaluation. Notwithstanding the rule was broken, the people who cannot pursue the steps of company shall be removed, and to be replaced by the staff who is capable to handle the obstacles.
In conclusion, the president pointed that we are in the right and even much better orientation as we scheduled. Our target is very clear and what need to be done is that the management team shall take the lead to fulfill their duties and all of us shall work well together to make Hongwang stronger.
